In 2025, we paid close attention to the challenges our users faced. Major Product Updates of 2025

In 2025, FluentBooking evolved in one clear direction: more flexibility, better payments, and smoother booking experiences, both for you and your clients.

Instead of focusing on isolated features, we focused on how everything works together in real booking scenarios, each designed to solve real problems and make day-to-day scheduling easier for you.

Here’s a closer look at the most important features we introduced this year.

Collective Events

In Fluentbooking 1.6.0, we introduced the collective event feature. You can confirm a booking only when all required hosts are available at the selected time. It’s ideal for interviews, joint consultations, or team-based sessions where everyone needs to be present.

This update made coordinating group availability far more reliable and removed a lot of manual back-and-forth.

Offline Payment Support

With offline payment support in FluentBooking 1.7.0, you can now accept bookings without forcing an online transaction. This is especially helpful for in-person services, cash payments, or situations where payment happens after the session.

It gave businesses more flexibility, without complicating the booking flow.

Calendar View

To make daily scheduling easier, we introduced a visual calendar view in version 1.8.0. Instead of managing bookings from a list alone, you can now see all your appointments laid out clearly by date and time.

This makes it easier to spot conflict, plan your day, and manage availability more confidently.

Coupon Module

This year, we introduced an exciting feature, the coupon module, in our FluentBooking 1.9.0 release, allowing you to offer discounts directly inside FluentBooking, run seasonal promotions, and reward repeat clients.

Also, you can create any special deals, all without extra tools or complicated setups.

Smarter Payment Configuration

In version 1.9.0, we redesigned the payment setup to support global users and diverse pricing needs. This includes currency format and position settings, a clearer setup flow, and better control over how prices appear to clients.

UTM Tracking for Bookings

Version 1.9.0 also introduced UTM tracking for bookings, letting you see exactly where each booking comes from, ads, emails, or campaigns, making marketing performance analysis easier than ever.

FluentCart Integration

Booking meets selling. With the new FluentCart integration in our latest version 1.10.0, your appointments and payments now live in one place, making it easier than ever to turn bookings into revenue. You can sell your booking as a FluentCart product and use FluentCart payment methods in both free and paid versions.

Also, you can select multiple products for sessions of varying durations, and keep everything within your ecosystem, no extra plugins or connectors needed.

Embed Booking Calendar

We also introduced a fully embeddable booking calendar in 1.10.0, designed for speed and simplicity.

You can now place your booking calendar anywhere on your website using a simple HTML snippet, and give clients a clean, intuitive scheduling experience, without redirects or friction.

10K+ Active Installation

Since 2025 began, FluentBooking has continued to grow rapidly. By the end of the year, we’re proud to support over 10,000 active installations, helping businesses worldwide manage their appointments with ease.

Providing timely support is key to keeping our users happy and building trust. In 2025, our team handled over 1200+ support tickets, resolving the vast majority with a 98%+ resolution rate. 

Each ticket and suggestion gave us valuable insights into how businesses operate and what features matter most, directly influencing many of the updates we released this year.
