Product user’s information

When product users (website admins) install the FluentBooking plugin on their WordPress website, they consciously agree to the terms or conditions regarding specific data accessible to third parties via their developer API. Note that, if the product users turned off the Auto Update or Auto Sync feature, still some data (previously cached) may be stored in the product user’s website database. However, FluentBooking is not responsible for this cached data. 

End user’s information

When end-users book an appointment using FluentBooking, they consciously agree to the terms or conditions regarding specific data accessible to third parties via their developer API. However, FluentBooking only forwards the information consciously provided by the end users to the concerned authority and never fetch/process/store any user data that are not permitted by users to be shared publicly.

Fluent Forms users’ information

All of our privacy policies are aligned with Fluent Forms‘ privacy policy. FluentBooking’s front and end users can seamlessly use and fill up Fluent Forms. There will be no privacy breaches from either plugin’s end.

Stripe access credentials

FluentBooking will not receive any personal information about individual users from Stripe. The Stripe gateway operates in the same way as all payment gateways, and it only provides the publishable key and secret key as personal information.
