Not every customer prefers paying online, and businesses shouldn’t miss out on bookings because of it. That’s why FluentBooking now supports Offline Payments, allowing your customers to book appointments without making an immediate payment.

With this new option, they can confirm their booking first and settle the payment later. Plus, you can easily update payment details in the customer portal, keeping records accurate and up to date!

Apple Calendar Travel Time Sync

Imagine you’re a real estate agent, constantly moving between property showings. Without travel time accounted for, your next client might book an appointment right when you’re supposed to be on the road.

For professionals like this, back-to-back bookings can be a nightmare. That’s why FluentBooking now syncs travel time with Apple Calendar and automatically blocks that time from your booking availability—so you’re never double-booked or rushing between meetings.

Manage Team Schedules with the New Event Filter

Coordinating team schedules can be tricky, especially when multiple people handle client meetings. FluentBooking now lets you filter appointments by team calendars, making it easier to track availability, manage workloads, and schedule smarter.

More Accurate Payments with Decimal Support

Not every service fits neatly into a round number. Previously, FluentBooking didn’t support decimal values in payments, making it tricky for businesses that charge fees like $49.99 or $75.50.

That’s now fixed. You can accept decimal amount payments, allowing you to bill clients with full accuracy and maintain pricing transparency.

Multilingual Question Labels Are Now Supported

Until now, question slugs in FluentBooking only worked in English, making it hard for non-English-speaking businesses to localize their booking flow. That’s changed. You can now use any language for question labels!

For example, if you run a spa in Barcelona, you can now ask “¿Prefieres aromaterapia?” instead of defaulting to English, making your forms feel more familiar and trustworthy to local clients.

Smarter Round Robin Meeting Assignment

Imagine you run a digital marketing agency with a sales team rotating discovery calls. Some prospects reschedule—and previously, FluentBooking would assign them to the same team member, even if others were available.

Now, rescheduled meetings will follow the same round robin logic and assign to the next available team member. This keeps workloads balanced, ensures faster follow-ups, and minimizes manual reassignments.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

We’ve added a few thoughtful enhancements to make your FluentBooking experience smoother and more flexible:

• Online meeting URLs now appear correctly for manual bookings.
• WooCommerce now correctly handles multiple time-slot bookings.
• Fixed RTL layout issue in the “Add Calendar” drawer.
• Resolved calendar breakage when used with Fluent Forms’ default or conversational layout.
• Removed duplicate events from Google Calendar sync.
