It’s time again—FluentBooking 1.8.0 is here, and it’s not just another dot release.
Sure, it may look like a minor update on paper, but don’t let the version number fool you. This one’s got power moves baked in, starting with a major new feature that’s been on many of your wishlists!
We kept things clean and we kept them focused. And most importantly, we made sure this release brings real value to where it matters most: your daily workflow.
So if you’re ready for a faster, smoother, and more flexible booking experience, keep reading. You’re gonna like this one.
Calendar View
We’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to roll this out—and it’s finally here.
Say hello to Calendar View—one of the most exciting and useful features we’ve added this year!

Think of it like having Google Calendar inside FluentBooking. You can now see all your appointments in one place—by week, or month—without opening another app or digging through your inbox.
Your schedule? Right there in front of you. Neat, colorful, and easy to follow.
You can even search for specific events and filter your calendar by event type—whether it’s a personal booking, a team meeting, or something from your host schedule. Handy, right?
And yes, you can click on any appointment to check the details, make quick edits, or just admire how organized you’ve become.
Now let’s take a closer look at each view:
Day View
Ever started your day wondering, “Wait… what do I have today?”
Well, not anymore.
With Day View, you get a clear, hour-by-hour look at everything you’ve got scheduled. From quick calls to back-to-back meetings, it lays out your whole day so you’re never caught off guard.

Just scroll through, click into any appointment for details, and stay in control of your time.
Why you’ll love it:
- Glance through your entire day without flipping pages
- Make quick changes or jump into meetings with a single click
- Spot gaps, overlaps, or breathers with ease
- Focus only on today, minus the noise of the week or month
Week View
Some people plan by the day. But if you’re the kind who likes to zoom out and see the big picture, Week View is made just for you.
With this view, all your weekly appointments line up in a tidy grid, so you can spot what’s coming, shift things around, and breathe a little easier knowing your week’s under control.

No more surprises sneaking in midweek!
Why it’s a weekly win:
- See your full week’s schedule at a glance
- Click into any appointment for quick edits or details
- Easily plan ahead, move things around, or avoid double bookings
- Great for balancing work, team meetings, and that one hour of “me time” you’re definitely taking this week
Whether your weeks are packed or peaceful, Week View helps you stay a step ahead.
Month View
Like to plan ahead? Month View has your back.
It gives you a full look at everything you’ve got going on for the month, all laid out in a simple, clean calendar. You can see your meetings, events, and bookings at a glance. Need details? Just click on any day or event and you’re in.

Why it’s helpful:
- Spot your busy days (and your free ones!) in seconds
- Plan ahead with confidence (hello, long weekends)
- Quickly check or update any event
- Great for staying organized without opening a million tabs
Custom Select Week/Month View
Let’s be honest—life doesn’t always fit into neat little weeks or months. Some weeks feel like a month, and some months fly by in a week. So we thought, why not give you a calendar view that actually keeps up?

With Custom Week/Month View, you can now pick your own date range to check appointments—whether it’s a weird five-day stretch, a ten-day sprint, or a mid-month-to-mid-month kind of planning style. It’s your calendar, after all.

Why it’s awesome:
- Choose any stretch of days and see what’s going on—no more jumping around!
- Planning a busy event week? Boom, view it all at once.
- Need to review your bookings from the 10th to the 25th? Easy peasy.
- Perfect for folks who like to color outside the lines of standard calendars

That’s All for Now!
Team FluentBooking is always cooking up ways to make your appointment scheduling easier, faster, and honestly—a bit more fun. And this update? Just another slice of that commitment.
Sure, we called it 1.8.0, but don’t let the numbers fool you—we’ve packed it with flavor. And with your continued love and feedback, we’ll keep dishing out the features you’ve been waiting for.
Oh—and before you go, here’s a little wink: something big is already baking in the FluentBooking kitchen. You didn’t hear it from us… but you’re gonna want to stick around.
If FluentBooking has made your day a little less chaotic, we’d be thrilled if you could drop us a five-star review. It’s like a high-five for the whole team (and we really like high-fives).
That’s all for now—go enjoy the update, and we’ll see you soon with something new and exciting.
Thanks a ton!
